Clubhouse
Bookings

The clubhouse is available to hire for MEMBERS ONLY and CANNOT be hired after 10pm. Please see calendar below for available dates. Terms and condition plus rates of hire can be found at the bottom of this page. Charges effective from all booking made on or after the 1st November 2006

Costs: MEMBERS ONLY: £12.50 per hour / Minumum Charge: £25
Part hours charged as whole
Payment: Full payment must be received at time of Booking
Cancellation: Notification in writing must be received at least 7 days prior to booking for full a booking refund to be given. If cancellation notice is received with 7 days of booking date no refund will be given. 

Terms & Conditions

The hirer shall ensure that all its guests act in a proper and orderly manner and will take full responsibility for any loss or damage to the clubhouse facilities.

Ware Youth will not accept liability for any injury received whilst on the premises or loss or damage to clothing, equipment or other property belonging to the hirer or its guests during the hire of the facilities.

The clubhouse should be vacated promptly at the end of the hire period and should be left in a clean and tidy condition. All rubbish should be disposed of in bins provided.

If for any reason the facility is used in excess of the booked time or not left in a clean and tidy condition, then additional charges will be incurred.
